Rain or Shine! WOD: Tabata Something Else!
After a warm up and 11 burpees it’s tabata time! 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest for 8 cycles in each of the following stations: pull ups, push ups, sit ups, squats.

Another ass kicking Great time at crossfit today. I was feeling all the monkey business from the day before…and ohhhhhh does it feel so good…were suppose to say that, Right!?! Isn’t crossfit rule #1 or what ever “No complaining” I love Tabata’s, I really do!

I’m stoked that we’ve done abs two days in a row. Any chance we can work them in more often? Mine sure need it!
Holy smokes put a fork in me I’m done!!! That was intense today and yesterday’s monkey business made 20 seconds seem like a life time! Okay NOW I am looking forward to some running and will probably be sorry I said that…I mean bring it on!!
