Mega Metcon on May Day! Saturday, May 1st

Saturday is the day to go out and MOVE!  Get your heart rate up any way you like.  Some ideas:

  • practice your double unders for 30 minutes!

  • uphill interval sprints
  • mountain biking
  • road biking uphill
  • paddling
  • hit the track for some 400m repeats or climb all the bleachers

Go hard or stay home! Have fun!

Tabatas! Everyone’s favorite! Friday, April 30

TGIF and TGFT! (thank goodness for tabatas!)

Warm up, dead hangs and hand stand practice then on to the WOD!

Today we are doing alternating tabatas in the following stations for a total of 8 cycles in each station, or 16 minutes.

  • pull ups / push press
  • box jump / kettlebell swings

We’ll finish with one of our bonus jump rope mini-WODs doing two minutes of jumping, 30 seconds rest x 3 rounds. Bring your jump ropes!

50 sit ups
5 bleachers
40 wall balls
40 sit ups

20 wall balls
20 sit ups
2 bleachers
10 wall balls
10 sit ups
1 bleacher
