An hour of “stretching” with Ann Van Patten, certified yoga instructor and friend of CFUM, will commence at 9 a.m. This is an hour of physical therapy that you won’t want to miss.
A. Make up skill / strength
Take the first 20 minutes of class to work on missed skill or strength work. Please stay consistent with your linear lifts, as we will be testing them at the end of the two-month cycle.
