An hour of “stretching” with Ann Van Patten, certified yoga instructor and friend of CFUM, will commence at 9 a.m. This is an hour of physical therapy that you won’t want to miss.

A. Make up skill / strength

Take the first 20 minutes of class to work on missed skill or strength work. Please stay consistent with your linear lifts, as we will be testing them at the end of the two-month cycle.

B. Metcon

For time:

400 meters

20 lunges

400 meters

20 burpee pull-ups

400 meters

20 jumping air squats

400 meters

20 knees-to-elbows

    Did it at home! Cruz ran a bit with me. It was super cute. 16:45 was my time. I was a slow runner today. Subbed knees to elbows with situps.
