It’s never about renovating, or equipment, or scores, or PRs — it’s always solely about you. We love what we do — because we adore each and every one of our members. You are the ones who magically turn a pineapple facility into a fitness community of friends. So we thank you for being at the core of our Upcountry CrossFit family. Now come burn some calories before you head to your Thanksgiving parties. Happy holidays!

WINTER PALEO CHALLENGE WINNERS!

It’s a damn tie. No matter which way we looked at this — Michelle K. and Aiko were too close to call. Michelle dropped 12 pounds and saw a 7.5% change in weight from her original weigh-in. BUT because this isn’t technically a weight-loss challenge, we’ve always put lots of consideration on inches lost. Aiko lost a total of 8 inches — Michelle K. lost 7.5 inches overall. And their before and after photos are stunning. We are SO impressed with your efforts, you two. Now you’ll have to split your hard-earned cash of $100. In case you went to King K (like I did), that’s $50 cash per person. Congratulations, Aiko and Michelle! We hope this motivates all of our members to steer clear of eating poorly on a daily basis this holiday season. On average, people gain between 6 to 14 pounds from Halloween to New Year’s Day. Limit yourself to one cheat meal / day per week and get in to regular workouts. Let’s get lean and mean as we head into 2015!
