0:45 right side plank

0:45 left side plank

0:30 hollow hold

B. Every 1:30 for 9:00 (7 total sets)

5 touch and go power snatch  (stay light and use 50% – 60% of power snatch; work on barbell cycling)

C. 20:00 EMOM

Even: Run 100 meters

Odd: 10 burpees to 6″ above reach
