50-meter farmers carry AHAP

Bulgarian split squats x 6-8/side (weight is optional)

C. 3:00 AMRAP 

5 deadlifts (225/155)

10 burpees over the bar 

5 toes to bar 

Rest 2:00; three rounds, picking up where you leave off
