Congratulations on all previous PR’s! Summer starts today so that means we are going to make some room on our PR board so we can all fill it up again! Remember to celebrate the small victories along the way. Also be sure to let your coaches know of  any goals that you may have so we can help guide you and keep you accountable.

Strict HSPU x max reps

Rest 4:00, then:

5 burpees

5 thrusters (95/65)

Rest 4:00, then:

30 double-unders

10 toes-to-bar
