Nanea leaves for Pomona College!

Nanea, daughter of original member Sheila and former member Kimo, is leaving for her freshman year of Pomona College this week. She celebrated her 19th birthday Sunday and we will have a farewell workout for her at 8 am today, featuring some of her favorite movements. Nanea is one of the coolest teens we know. She joined CF Upcountry at 16. In the following years, she started a healthy treat business, locked down freelance photography jobs, played a variety of sports, landed standout grades at Seabury and even sang onstage. Besides being a phenomenal CrossFitter (she loves box jumps, front squats, running and sit-ups) — Nanea is truly a special human being. She treats everyone with kindness and respect and works super hard at any task she takes on. It has been a joy to watch you grow, and we are so excited for this next chapter! We love you, Nea!
