B. Deadlift

Take 5 sets to build to a heavy double, then :

2 x 5 at 70% of above double

Rest 1:30-2:00 in-between sets

C. 3:00 AMRAP

3 power snatches (135/95)

6 handstand push-ups

9 air squats

Three rounds, resting 1:00 between each; record rounds and reps.
