A. Warm-up: Coach’s choice

B. Every 90 seconds, for 9 minutes (3 sets of each):

Station 1 – Banded hamstring curl s x 10 – 15 reps

Station 2 – Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Carry x 25 meters each arm

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

  • 16 Abmat Sit-ups
  • 12 Push-ups on Dumbbells
  • 100m Farmers Carry (50/35)

*Shoulders touch the dumbbells on the push-ups.
