Bench Press x Max Reps @ 90% of today’s heaviest set

 

C. 20:00 EMOM

Min. 1- 100 meter run or 150 meter row

Min. 2- 20 Russian kettlebell swings (70/53)

Min. 3- 12 V-ups

Min. 4- 4/3 ring muscle-ups
