B. Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets of each):

Station 1 – Romanian deadlift x 8 reps @ 4011

Station 2 – Reverse Snow Angels x 15 reps (slow tempo)

Station 3 – Barbell Glute Bridges x 10 reps

C. 3:00 AMRAP

10 wall balls (20/14) to 10′ target

15 sit-ups

30 double-unders

Three rounds, resting 1:00 between each. Pick up subsequent

rounds where you leave off. Record rounds and reps.
