NEW SATURDAY GROUP CLASS TIME: Come join Ron, the Inspiration (we are open to any other nicknames or hashtags, including: #belikeRon #Ronforpresident), at 7 a.m. for an early group class session before you start your weekend. We’ve been getting great feedback about this new time slot and about Ron’s coaching. If you’d rather sleep in a little, show up at the regular 8 a.m. workout, or come to open gym from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday. Whatever you decide, make sure to get some sweat in before you tackle your Saturday and Sunday plans!
NEW CLASS THIS FALL: We’re super excited to roll out a new comp class this fall. Several ideas are being pitched on what the advanced class will have in store; be sure to let coaches know if you have requests. Until we launch the new class, we will be offering open gym from 9 to 11 a.m., when many of the coaches will be training. Feel free to jump in with us or work on your own stuff.
