10 lateral burpees over bar

8 power cleans (185/135)

8 lateral burpees over bar

6 power cleans (185/135)

6 lateral burpees over bar

4 power cleans (185/135)

4 lateral burpees over bar

2 power cleans (185/135)

2 lateral burpees over bar

RUN 100 meters between rounds

Partner one 10/10 + Run, then partner two 10/10 + run , then partner one 8/8 + run, then partner two 8/8 + run all the way through
