Every 2:00 for 5 sets

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

C. In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

50 double-unders

40 calorie bike

30 lunge steps with barbell in front rack (95/65)

20 handstand push-ups

10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Partners must complete each exercise before moving on, but reps can be partitioned any way.
