After our warm up and burpees to satisfy the “Challenge” we are going to do “Linda!”
Adding a 200m run between rounds to spread out the crowds.
Using our 1RM charts we will shoot for weights that will be a challenge the first round (75% of 1RM)
Angie powers through the bench press portion with 85 pounds!

Turned out to be Tabata Fight Gone Bad, Everyone’s Favorite!!
