There seem to be far fewer excuses flying around the box these days. And it’s great to see people using their new folders earnestly. See, it’s all really about setting goals and then working towards them. Excuses are the surefire way to extinguish your goals before you even get started. Today we are going to get some more numbers up on our max rep boards, scaled if necessary.
WOD: Clean, Push and Pull!
Complete the following sequence on the minute every two minutes for a total of 20 minutes;
5 Power cleans
5 Push press
5 dead hang pull ups

The 8 AM class was a warm welcome to our guests, Uncle John and niece Deming. John and Deming are here visiting from Scottsdale, Arizona, until next week so they will be doing plenty of WODs with us! Isn’t it just great when all your relatives start doing CrossFit?
