Day 3 of the Burpee Challenge as well as Take Two Paleo.
Today we are doing a Tabata WOD.
Turned out to be Tabata Fight Gone Bad, Everyone’s Favorite!!

After a fun warm up we’ll get a 400m for time followed by the WOD:
4 rounds for time:
21 single arm dumbbell push presses (each side)
21 hanging dumbbell squat cleans
400m sprint trying to come within 10 seconds of your time trail pace each lap
