HOUR SLOTS BACK ROOM: Any time we’re open (capacity of four)
We will allow (4) athletes per class hour who have preregistered via Wodify to work out in the separate open gym room during any group class slot. Open gym athletes may not cross over into main room for workout purposes. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, open gym in BOTH the main room and the open gym room with be open 930-1130A. On Saturday, it will be 915-11A.
Rates
GROUP CLASSES (tax not included):
Free trial: Upcountry residents who are new to CrossFit only
Drop-in: $30 per group class / $20 for open gym*
*Drop-in classes are only for CrossFit athletes with at least 6 to 12 months of experience
Weekly unlimited: $75
Unlimited month-to-month: $160
Couples unlimited (spouses only): $285
Student rate (must be full time, under age 22, with student ID): $90/month
BASICS
75-minute fundamentals session (suggested for new CrossFitters): $75
PRIVATE TRAINING
One-on-one training by appointment only: $75 / hour
VISITORS / DROP-INS
AS OF 3/17/2022: Visitors with CrossFit experience are allowed on a select basis, depending on availability of spots. DROP-INS MUST EMAIL OR TEXT TO REQUEST A SPOT. If you show up on-site, you may not be permitted to join due to digital sign-up process and class caps.
AS OF 9/21/2021: Due to the county and state mandates that require reduced capacity in gyms and other sectors, we are not accepting drop-ins at this time. We will resume drop-ins once state and county COVID-19 capacity mandates are lifted.
AS OF 6/5/2020: Due to COVID-19, we are currently not allowing drop-in members. We hope to reopen to drop-ins and visitors soon.
AS OF 5/1/2021: We are currently allowing drop-ins for residents and/or returning members. We will open up to non-resident drop-ins once the vaccine is fully available.
We love visitors! Nonresident drop-ins are welcomed, as long as he/she has previous CrossFit experience. All drop-in classes and part-time membership plans must be paid BEFORE class/session is attended via website or onsite coach. Anyone without CrossFit experience will be required to do private training as a prerequisite to joining group classes. Please let us know via text or email if you are planning to drop in with a group of three or more athletes.
PAYMENT METHODS
As of March 1, 2013, we will accept only credit or debit card payments for monthly members. Just like any gym membership, payment will be automatically drawn from your account on a monthly cycle. All membership plans must be paid BEFORE classes are attended.
REFUNDS/PRORATIONS
We do not prorate and we do not offer refunds unless there is a documented medical emergency.
HOLDS/CANCELLATIONS
We must receive written notice (email or text) of cancellations or holds 14 days before the billing cycle start date or changes will not take effect until the following month. Holds are allowed for whole billing cycles only (30-day increments) with 14 days written notice provided, effective the following month. We don’t want your training to be a hassle, so there are no cancellation fees.
