Time to get a new 1RM press! 3-3-3-3-3

And then…. AMRAP in 20 minutes:

10 kettlebell snatches  (each arm)

10 air squats

10m cone shuffle

10 Double unders (30 singles)

A new kettlebell move so we will spend some time learning so as not to bruise your arms! Any time you lift a weight from the ground to overhead it is an incredible total body core to extremity movement that will strengthen your mid-line more than any sit ups will ever do.  Get ready to feel your gut!
