Mastering Weighted Pull Ups! The training begins! Monday April 19

Today we will implement some time-efficient training strategies that will help us overcome gravity and master weighted pull-ups. “Grip, Tip and Rip” is a new pull-up routine we will practice at least three times a week that will dramatically and safely increase our pull-up strength. Might be time to figure out where to hang your pull-up bars at home if you haven’t already.

5 Dead hang pull ups
7 Burpees
9 Dumbbell cleans
