Here’s a great way to get our week off right…. TWO WODS!  Yes, today we will do a quick warm up then WOD #1 (below.) To break up the two WODs we will do our Wendler bench press series before hitting WOD #2 (below.)

First WOD: Annie!
50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds for time
double unders
sit ups

Wendler Bench Press (percentages by week in your chart)

Second WOD: 5 rounds for time
10 DB push press (each arm)
10 pull ups
