Another track day! Get ready for more running.
We’ll start with pose running technique work. You will have plenty of opportunity to practice it during the WOD!
WOD:
Run 100m for time
Walk 100m
Repeat for a total of 8 sprints or 4 times around the track.
THEN…. 3 rounds for time of:
10 pull ups
10 burpees
