Another Hero WOD? Yep. Tues, Feb 8

Fantastic efforts Monday persevering through Badger. And here comes another HERO back to back!

Short warm up consisting of foam rolling and DROM moves through the courtyard.

Deadlift: Review form. 3×5 or 5×3 (for those following the specific strength programing)

WOD: McGhee; AMRAP in 30 minutes (see scaling options below)

5 deadlifts (275/225)
13 push ups
9 box jumps (24/20)

For those who went hard on Murph last week and hit Badger hard Monday, shorten the AMRAP. Scale weights back considerably. For those who need a hard push and some scores on the board, go for it, scaling the deadlift weight as necessary. Those fresh out of basics will scale both the AMRAP, weight (duh) and height of boxes.
