Someone Wants Tabatas! Thurs, Feb 10

I got wind that someone said “We haven’t done tabata’s in a long time!”  So here they come!

Warm up:
600m run
Mobility stretches

WOD: Alternating Tabata’s!
Wall balls / KB SDHP
Burpees / Shoulder press

By the end of the WOD we’ll have hit each station for a total of eight 20 second all out efforts.
