There seem to be far fewer excuses flying around the box these days. And it’s great to see people using their new folders earnestly. See, it’s all really about setting goals and then working towards them. Excuses are the surefire way to extinguish your goals before you even get started. Today we are going to get some more numbers up on our max rep boards, scaled if necessary.
WOD: Clean, Push and Pull!
Complete the following sequence on the minute every two minutes for a total of 20 minutes;

5 Push press
5 dead hang pull ups
