Aloha Todd who comes to us by way of Sin City CrossFit in Las Vegas. Todd is here on a work assignment and will be hanging out with us for a few weeks. He rocked the push jerks and burpees!

If you didn’t receive your Wendler template (an excel spreadsheet) then ask Coach Kaye about it. We are continuing into our second month of the Wendler program and seeing awesome results! There will always be an opportunity for you to makeup the lifts you might have missed during the week. Try to stay on track.

Warm Up: Group warm up in Hali’imaile Park!

Strength: Wendler press
During your press sets alternate with front squats and work up to a 3 RM front squat
