Here’s the workout for Thursday, June 14, 2012:
A. Make up skill / strength
Take the first 20 minutes of class to make up missed skill or strength work; stretch; and train your weaknesses, all with the help of your coach.
B. Metcon
In 6:00:
Run 800 meters
12 box jumps (24 / 20)
AMRAP DB weighted sit-ups * in remaining time
Complete three rounds. Rest 1:30 between rounds. Score is sit-up total.
* For the weighted sit-ups, we will use an anchor for our feet (dumbbells, sandbag, etc.) and hold the dumbbell with both hands at the chest. Suggested weight is 40 / 25.
