Patti (right), a Seabury  alumna, was introduced to CrossFit not too long ago through her nursing professor, Nova. Nova, as we all know, is quite the beast. Patti soon followed in the footsteps of her teacher, mastering the movements in virtually no time. The athlete snagged the fastest 400-meter run for females during a December WOD; she executes her lifts with perfect form; and she just got kipping pull-ups. We’re super proud of you, Patti! Keep up the great work.
