Power snatch

Take 20 minutes to work up to your best power snatch effort for the day; work in sets of three reps.

B. Metcon

ME for 1:00 at each station:

• American kettlebell swings (53/35)

• Pull-ups

• Dumbbell lunges (20/30)

• Plyo push-ups off plate (35/25)

Three rounds, resting 1:00 between each. Score is total reps.
