You folks are hitting PRs left and right. Congrats to Chris (above) who hit a #205 clean PR on Tuesday. At the Lahaina Challenge a few months ago, he PRd at #135 #165 — just to put his progress in perspective. Cheehu also to Krystle who nailed #105; Anna who got #145; and Tiare who pulled off not one — but two — MUs for the first time!

It was rad to work out with CrossFit Mission Gorge today. Coach James (above) and the owners are super welcoming and professional. They know their stuff, and cues were on point. My KKHS basketball BFF, Leilani, trains here regularly. She’s sporting our CFUM shirt. Rep country!
