On July 6 CrossFits around the world will be participating in an annual fundraiser called “CrossFit for Hope.” Although we are not a registered affiliate, we will participate in the workout to show a solidarity. We ARE holding regular group class Saturday morning. The workout time has changed from 8 A.M. to 9 A.M. for Saturdays in general. We will try this schedule for a month or two to get feedback on the best Saturday class time. The programmed WOD for today is “Hope for Cures,” listed below.

• TUESDAY, JULY 9: WHOLE 30 CHALLENGE KICKS OFF. We are moving the start of the Whole 30 Challenge to Tuesday to make sure everyone is on the same page.
