If 2 drops before 1 returns, 5 burpee penalty.

B. Back squat – Wendler month 1; week 1

C. “Not So Nasty Girls”

* This is a different take on the benchmark WOD “Nasty Girls,” which calls for 7 muslce-ups; instead, we’re subbing 7 handstand push-ups. Other movements will remain the same.

50 air squats

7 HSPU

10 hang power cleans (135/95)
