Congratulations to Anders, who got his first MU — then six more — during 15.3 on Friday. We couldn’t be happier: Anders is a true testimony of mental toughness, persistence and endurance. He gets to workouts, even when motivation isn’t there, and he pushes past the fear, pain and doubt. The journey is long. And it’s tough. But it’s worth it. And his health, fitness and athletic accomplishments are a testimony to the best parts of hard work via CrossFit! Keep up the amazing job, Anders! You inspire us all.
