Diane K. got her first MU after 4:30 p.m. class Monday. I was near tears because this strong, fit mom has put in lots of work and it was inspiring to see her reach this milestone. MU PRs always set off a wave of others, and sure enough, Kyle S. tried and succeeded at his first MU after 5:30 p.m. class. Henceforth, we will forever remember May 11 as Muscle-Up Monday. Congratulations, you two! We are still smiling!
