A. 8:00 AMRAP in teams of three:

Partner one- row for meters

Partner two- run 200-meters

Partner three- front plank

Switching when partner two returns from 200-meter run Score will be total meters.

B. Mobility

C. Three rounds for max reps at each station

1- 1:00 ME calorie row

2- 1:00 ME wall balls (20 to 10’/ 14 to 9′)

3- 1:00 ME box jumps (24″/20″)

4- 1:00 ME toes-to-bar

Complete three rounds with 2:00 minutes rest between rounds. No rest between movements. Score is total reps from all three rounds.
