A. Group warmup

B. Three sets of:

Single-arm dumbbell row x 10 reps @ 2111

Single-leg glute hip bridges x 12 reps / side @ 2011

Side plank x 0:45 seconds / left + right

Rest 1:00

C. Against a 3:00 running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:

5 strict pull-ups

10 jumping lunges

5 ring dips

Rest 1:00

Complete a total of four rounds, starting subsequent rounds where you left off. Record rounds and reps.
