5 – 5 second eccentric squats

5 arch to hollow on bars

B. In teams of two, alternating each movement, complete ten rounds for time of:

10 front squats (115/75 lbs)

10 toes-to-bar

300 meter run

(Partner A performs 10 front squats; Partner B performs 10 toes-to-bar; Partner A runs 300 meters; Partner B performs 10 front squats; etc….)

Solo option

For time:
