*Go as heavy as possible while maintaining form/tempo.*

*Add a medball or plate to hold for resistance.*

50m Medball Run (20/14)

10 Medball Sit-ups

15 Wall Balls

100m Medball Run

*Continue to add 5 reps/50m on the runs after each completed round.*
