A. Group warmup

B. Every 1:30 for 6 sets

Strict chest-to-bar pull-ups x 3-5 reps or strict pull-ups x 4-6 reps

C. 15:00 AMRAP in teams of two, alternate to complete full rounds each of the following:

5 deficit handstand push-ups (45/25)

7 deadlifts (225/155)

50-meter sprint

Sub handstand pushups for L-seated db presses, inverted off box, negatives, or 1 abmat. athlete should scale deadlift to weight that can be done consecutively in solid form; new athletes can do KB deadlifts.
