A. Group warmup: Coach’s choice

B. Every 2 minutes for 18 minutes

Station 1: 20 handstand alternating shoulder taps or 1:00 handstand hold or 20-foot handstand walk

Station 2: Side plank x 45 seconds / each side

Station 3: Heel down sit-ups with single arm OH (add weight if can) x 12-20 total (half per side)

C. With 20:00 on the clock, in teams of two alternate each MOVEMENT to complete rounds of the following:

200-meter run

250-meter row

12 v-ups

12 alternating reverse lunges with KBs at sides (53/35)

12 push balls (30/20) to 10’ target
