Odd minutes- 4 split squats (right)
Even minutes- 4 split squats (left)
4 seconds down regular speed up
C. 3:00 AMRAP
6 burpees
8 alternating single arm squat cleans
10 lateral dumbbell hops (over and back is one rep)
