Inchworm to cobra 

Front plank

Cat/cow

B. OTM for 10 EMOM

Odd minutes- 4 split squats (right)

Even minutes- 4 split squats (left)

4 seconds down regular speed up

C. 3:00 AMRAP 

6 burpees 

8 alternating single arm squat cleans

10 lateral dumbbell hops (over and back is one rep)

Repeat five rounds, resting 1:00 between rounds. Pick up each round where you left off
