80% x3 reps

85% x2 reps

On-ramp:

Deadlift 4 x 5 at medium weight

C. 12:00 on the clock, in teams of two, with one partner working at a time to each complete the following in order:

10 deadlifts (225/155)

15 HSPU

20 deadlifts

ME ring muscle ups  (sub pull-ups and dips)
