C. 20:00 AMRAP in teams of two, partition reps any way:

60 burpees 

60Single arm  DB thrusters (50/35)

60 double unders (singles x 2)

60 DB single-arm alternating snatches  

60 strict sit-ups 

60 box step-ups with single DB (24/20)

60 second front plank – synchro with both partners. Any time you drop, do 3 burpees.
