April showers bring May PR’s!

A. Every 2 minutes x 6 sets

1 power snatch + 1 full snatch

B. In teams of 2, alternating movements, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Goal is to complete movements unbroken—every time you stop, other partner completes 5 burpees (you do not need to restart your reps if you break it up)
