Every 2:00 for 6 sets

Set 1: 6 reps @ 60%

Set 2: 5 reps @ 65%

Set 3: 4 reps @ 70%

Set 4: 3 reps @ 75%

Set 5: 2 reps @ 80%

Set 6: 1 reps @ 85%

(Lifts should look and feel good. Take percentages down if needed)

3,3,/ 6,6, / 9,9, / 12,12,12/ etc. until time expires

Deadlifts (225/155)

Single arm dumbbell S20H (50/35) 3/side,6/side,9,side,12,side, etc.

Run 100 meters in between rounds
