Every 2:00 for five sets:

5 reps, building to a challenging set of 5

For time:

5-10-15-10-5

Burpee box jumps (24/20)

Pull-ups

Then use remaining time to build to a challenging front squat for a double (from the floor)

You may either power clean + 2 front squats

Or full clean + 1 front squat
