Definitely not. CrossFit helps you get in shape, and we modify for all levels. We would love for you to learn our cues, instead of feeling you have to be fit first. You are actually in a better place than someone who thinks they have it all figured out.

We are personal training for a group class. So, unlike 24Hour Fitness or Planet Fitness, we will not just turn on the lights and maintain the equipment. We are here to customize your workouts, offer personalized cues and give advice. And unlike personalized training, we are not $75 to more than $100 per person, per hour. We love offering competitive CrossFit rates on Maui, and we’re thankful we don’t have to charge the high prices that some CrossFits on Oahu or the Mainland mandate.

You should definitely come anyway and meet us. CrossFit is for everyone. The only determinants are willingness and mindset. We would love to help! The key is showing up. That’s the hardest part. We’re sure that after you meet us, our coaches and our community, that you will feel more comfortable. Intimidation is normal, but our gym is unique in our inclusive and more conservative approach.

 No. You will not get big muscles unless you take a lot of protein or if you train super heavy weights. The key is balancing strength with conditioning. And guaranteed you will put on lean muscle if you dial in nutrition, which will help you get leaner and more defined. We can customize for you.

Yes. We advise you to take more protein and train with heavier weights. We can customize a program for you.

Of course. We love modifications. Please just ask your onsite coach ahead of time, so he/she knows what you’re up to.

 Yes! We have a separate open gym room with Assault bikes, a gymnastics rig, and Olympic lifting equipment. We are the only gym on the island to have a separate room for training.

We believe our community is unparalleled for its kindness and non-intimidating environment. Also, our coaches are some of the longest and most decorated on the island, who have a passion for solid technique before speed and load. Our team has been rooted on Maui for many years, and we love giving back to our unique Upcountry home.
