In the spirit of the 2010 CrossFit Games Hawaii Sectionals, to begin tomorrow at CrossFit Oahu, we will attempt a sampling of the skill sets and events the athletes will perform this weekend. Coach Kaye will be judging at the games and needs to hone in on her strict adherence to the judging guidelines!
Todays WOD will include:
Pull ups, box jumps, double unders and deadlifts. We’ll save the one legged squats, handstand push ups, rope climbs, 135lb clean and jerks, and 85lb snatches for the weekend!

Rain or Shine! WOD: Tabata Something Else!
After a warm up and 11 burpees it’s tabata time! 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest for 8 cycles in each of the following stations: pull ups, push ups, sit ups, squats.
