Welcome Jenalyn from CrossFit X in Bellingham, WA. Jenalyn just started CrossFit a few months ago before she knew she was pregnant with her second child.She stopped and checked her heart rate a few times during the WOD and said “I’m just being a good mom.” Jenalyn loves how good she is feeling during this pregnancy and is also following CrossFit Mom’s, a specific site for those who are expecting. Thanks for joining us Jenalyn.

Welcome to our newest member, Laura Bloomberg. Laura is on a sabbatical and exploring Maui from a locals point of view. She will be joining us for WODs while she takes up kite sailing and various other activities. Laura grew up in Vancouver, B.C., loves the mountains and is a sports enthusiast. Laura first discovered CrossFit after training as a competitive rower. She rowed for the University of Western Ontario and recently won the OUA banner with her crew. Throughout her undergraduate years she was a competitive snowboarder sponsored by Billabong, Vonzipper, Boardshop and Option snowboards. She was a member of both the varsity rowing and soccer team. Laura is a gifted athlete and it is a real pleasure having her in the box!
Laura will be giving us a mini rowing clinic Friday morning at both 8 and 9 AM before the workout. Don’t miss it!
